At Lone Star Design Works, all items are made to order. This means your order is produced specifically for you after purchase.

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. During high-volume periods, processing times may extend slightly.

Custom or bulk orders may require additional production time. If so, we will communicate any delays.

Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.

We ship via major carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, Lone Star Design Works is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

We will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or refund if applicable.

At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. For international orders, please contact us before placing an order.
